McCabe’s Training Center is located on thirty acres that is approximately ten miles south of Dayton, Ohio.  

 We are easy to reach, less than 5 miles off Interstate 75 Exit #44 just south of Dayton in Miamisburg.

Mike and Barb McCabe have been showing and breeding horses for over forty years.  Mike McCabe, is not only an experienced trainer with a numerous National Championship Titles in both the Arabians and Miniature Horse arenas...but a man with a keen understanding of the horse.  His talents are inherent...something that is not taught, but comes from within.  Mike can read a horse and know what will work best for that particular animal to bring out his optimum performance, while retaining the spirit and soul of the horse.   He sincerely respects the individual horse and works to become a smooth working team together.  MTC offers training for the miniature horse in halter and driving. 

Mike is also an International Judge under AMHA, AMHR.  ASPC, IALHA, ADGR judging in showrings from France to New Zealand.  He is also a well versed speaker, available to do clinics and seminars on halter and driving horses.  

The training facility at MTC is equipped with an indoor arena, custom indoor roundpen, arena hot walker and a new state-of-the-art...Aqua Pacer by Ferno Manufacturing.  Ferno is the leading manufacturer of  underwater treadmill systems that are used in top equine and canine facilities around the world.
